Complete carbonated soft drink production line covering water treatment, sugar syrup processing, mixing, carbonation, CSD filling, CIP cleaning and chilling — engineered for consistent batch mixes, taste and accurate CO2 dosing across the full range of bottle sizes.
This section involves removal of undesirable physical, chemical and microbiological impurities from the raw water. This process involves Pre-treatment and Reverse Osmosis processes.
This section involves preparation of sugar syrup and its supporting equipment. It consists of a jacketed tank equipped with agitator and heater which melts down sugar at a set temperature; the molten sugar syrup then passes through a filter and is cooled before transferring it into the ready sugar syrup storage tank. From the ready sugar syrup storage tank, the syrup is transferred to the blending tanks as required.
In this section, R.O. water, sugar syrup and artificial flavour are collected in a mixing tank equipped with an agitator motor, which mixes all these at a predefined proportion homogeneously. The mixing tank is made of S.S.304 / S.S.316 material, with or without insulated coating.
The advanced carbonator ensures an accurate proportional mixture of water, sugar syrup, artificial flavour and carbon dioxide, duly controlled by screen. This ensures consistency in various batch mixes, taste and accurate mixture of CO2 gas. It can be interconnected with a water / syrup chiller.
In this section, carbonated soft drink is filled into different sizes of bottles as per market demand. CSD filling machines are available ranging from 60 BPM to 300 BPM, along with different types of bottle-handling conveyors such as Tilt Conveyor, Belt Conveyor, Air Conveyors and Bend Conveyor.
This section involves cleaning of the whole processing tanks and pipelines. Typically, two S.S.304 tanks (hot water tank and cleaning solution tank) are required for the CIP cleaning process.
