Overview

Our highly functional mineral water plants are capable of handling water capacity ranging from 1000 LPH to 20,000 LPH. Our plants are made of sturdy stainless-steel S.S.304, an economical solution for the mineral water industry.

World's latest technologies of process for mineral water (bottled water) production, suitable for raw water drawn from bore hole, deep well, river water, sea water and other sources.

Treatment Scheme — Process Stages

Chlorine Dosing System: HDPE hypochlorite solution preparation tank with dosing pump eliminates bacteria present in raw water; dosage rate is set as per requirement.
Pressure Sand Filter: Multigrade sand media removes suspended solids and turbidity up to 2 micron, protecting the RO membrane from clogging.
Activated Carbon Filter: Removes chlorine, odour and colour by passing water through a carbon bed before it reaches the R.O. system, as residual chlorine can damage RO membranes.
Dosing System (SMBS): Sodium Meta Bi Sulphite dosing at 4–5 mg/litre neutralises excess chlorine ahead of the R.O. membrane, via an HDPE tank and electronic diaphragm dosing pump.
Anti Scalant Dosing: Prevents calcium and magnesium hardness from depositing on membranes and causing scaling that degrades treated water quality.
Micron Cartridge Filter: Disposable cartridges available in 20, 10, 5, 1, 0.45 and 0.2 micron nominal/absolute ratings, replaced periodically to maintain product water quality.
High Pressure Pump: Vertical multistage centrifugal pump in S.S. construction builds the 14–16 kg/cm² operating pressure required by the R.O. system.
Reverse Osmosis (R.O.) System: Rejects nearly 90% of total dissolved solids; R.O. module assembly mounted on an M.S. skid with feed & reject pressure gauges, flow indicator, TDS & pH meter, high/low pressure switch and flow totaliser for safe operation.
Raw Water Transfer Pump: Horizontal centrifugal stainless-steel pump supplies raw water at the required flow and pressure to pre-treatment.
Product Water Storage Tank: Customised S.S. storage tank with S.S. pipework, isolation valves, level indicator and a dedicated S.S. transfer pump to feed treated water to the MCF stage.
Ultra Violet Sterilizer: Disinfects any micro-biological regrowth in stored R.O.-treated water using high-intensity UV rays before filling into sterilised PET bottles.
Ozone Generator: Doses O₃ to stop bacteriological growth and extend shelf life of packaged water up to 6 months; ozone gas takes a minimum of 48 hours to dissolve in water.
