Complete fruit juice production line covering water treatment, sugar syrup processing, pulp handling, juice processing / beverage blending, pasteurization, juice filling (RFC Machine) and CIP cleaning — engineered for consistent blending, hygienic hot-fill pasteurization and reliable filling across different bottle sizes.
This section involves removal of undesirable physical, chemical and microbiological impurities from the raw water. This process involves Pre-treatment and Reverse Osmosis processes.
This section involves preparation of sugar syrup and its supporting equipment. It consists of a jacketed tank equipped with agitator and heater which melts down sugar at a set temperature; the molten sugar syrup then passes through a filter and is cooled before transferring it into the ready sugar syrup storage tank. From the ready sugar syrup storage tank, the syrup is transferred to the blending tanks as required.
An air-operated diaphragm pump is provided to unload the pulp from the pulp barrel to the pulp storage tank. The pump is built with S.S.304 structure and a flexible food-grade hose with union-end connection. Pulp can also be manually unloaded into the pulp storage tank. This pulp storage tank is made of S.S.304L / S.S.316L material having 2 mm shell thickness.
In this section the beverage is blended by addition of R.O. water, sugar syrup, fruit pulp, additives, etc. The beverage blend is stirred and then homogenized and stored in the Homogenized Juice storage tank. From the homogenized storage tank, the product passes through a sterilizer for warm fill, which can be connected to the PET bottle filling machine.
In this section, homogenized juice is transferred to the pasteurizer unit. This system is designed for hot filling in PET bottles and pasteurizing fruit-based beverages, holding the product for 45 seconds — ensuring smooth operation of the plant during production. This system includes a heating section, water return cooling section and all other accessories, and is complete with a balance tank, sanitary stainless-steel pumps, corrugated tube heat exchanger for heating and trim cooling, return cooler, automated valves, fittings and necessary interconnecting pipelines.
In this section, pasteurized juice is filled into different sizes of bottles as per market demand. Juice filling machines are available ranging from 60 BPM to 300 BPM, along with different types of bottle-handling conveyors such as Tilt Conveyor, Belt Conveyor, Air Conveyors and Bend Conveyor.
This section involves cleaning of the whole processing tanks and pipelines. Mostly two S.S.304 tanks (hot water tank and cleaning solution tank) are required for the CIP cleaning process.
